Core Commitment
“Aegis has zero financial relationships with any peptide manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or retailer — past, present, or future. Our only revenue is testing fees. This is not a preference. It is a structural constraint enforced by this policy.”
— Aegis Peptide Analytics founding charter, 2026
Aegis Peptide Analytics LLC was founded on the premise that a third-party testing laboratory is only as valuable as its independence. A result is only trustworthy if the entity producing that result has no financial stake in what the result is.
This policy formalizes our independence through binding structural commitments — not aspirational statements. Every employee, contractor, and officer of Aegis is bound by these requirements as a condition of their engagement with the company.
Our independence is the product we sell. Compromising it would destroy the only thing that makes our COAs worth having.
This policy applies to:
All full-time and part-time employees of Aegis Peptide Analytics LLC
All contractors, consultants, and temporary workers who perform services for Aegis
All officers and members of any advisory board
Any other individual acting on behalf of Aegis in a capacity that could influence testing or result reporting
This policy extends to immediate family members of covered individuals for the purposes of financial interest disclosure.
The following are absolutely prohibited for all covered individuals:
Covered individuals must proactively disclose to Aegis management:
Disclosures must be made within 5 business days of the covered individual becoming aware of the relevant circumstance. Disclosures are reviewed by management and documented in our conflict register. Failure to disclose is grounds for immediate termination.
Aegis Peptide Analytics' sole revenue source is testing fees paid by clients who submit samples for analysis. We do not:
Charge premium rates to suppliers seeking favorable results
Offer volume discounts conditioned on result outcomes
Accept payment contingent on a particular test result
Receive advertising, sponsorship, or endorsement revenue from any supply-chain entity
Our financial interest is in accurate results that maintain our reputation — not in any particular outcome for any particular compound.
Any confirmed violation of this policy by any covered individual results in the following minimum consequences:
Immediate suspension from laboratory duties pending investigation
Termination of employment or engagement upon confirmed violation
Disclosure to clients whose tests may have been affected by the conflict
Public notice on our website that a violation occurred (without identifying details of the individual unless legally required)
We maintain this disclosure commitment because our clients deserve to know if our independence was ever compromised. Concealing a violation is treated as a violation in itself.
Suspected violations may be reported confidentially to management@aegispeptideanalytics.com.
This policy is reviewed annually. All covered individuals must certify their compliance with this policy on an annual basis and upon any change in their financial relationships or employment status.
We may retain an independent third party to audit our compliance with this policy. Audit findings are available to clients upon written request.
