Everything you need to know about our testing process, result interpretation, sample submission, and privacy practices.
Every COA includes the compound name, lot number, purity percentage, identity confirmation, testing methods used, reference standards, instrument information, test date, issue date, and a unique COA number with QR code. Raw chromatogram and mass spectrum data is included in the full PDF report.
No. We have zero financial relationships with any peptide manufacturer, supplier, broker, or retailer. Our only revenue comes from testing fees paid by whoever submits samples. This independence is the foundation of our value. Our full conflict-of-interest policy is published in our Terms of Service.
A failed result is reported exactly as the data shows — FAIL status with the actual measured values. We do not offer re-testing opportunities that could influence results. Clients receive the full PDF report regardless of pass/fail outcome. We recommend contacting your supplier with the result documentation.
We test any synthetic peptide including research peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, Epithalon), GLP-1 analogs (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide), growth hormone peptides (Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, GHRP-6), and custom sequences. Contact us for unusual compounds to confirm feasibility before ordering.
Yes. We test raw bulk powder, liquid solutions, lyophilized vials, tablets, capsules, and compounded formulations. Note that formulated products (capsules, tablets) may require matrix-matched method development for accurate purity quantification. Contact us to discuss your specific form factor.
Once you place an order, you'll receive a unique sample submission ID and detailed packaging instructions. Ship your sample to our lab address via any carrier. Minimum quantities: lyophilized powder (5mg), liquid in sealed vials, or tablets/capsules (5 unit minimum). We provide guidance for hazardous materials shipping when applicable.
The minimum sample size is 5mg for lyophilized peptide powder. For liquids, we require at least 1mL at a concentration sufficient for analysis. Contact us for custom requirements if you have limited sample availability — we may be able to accommodate smaller quantities.
Yes, we accept samples from international clients. Note that some peptides may be subject to import/export regulations in your jurisdiction — it is the client's responsibility to comply with local laws. Contact us before shipping internationally to confirm acceptability and receive guidance.
Samples are consumed during analysis. If you need a portion returned, contact us during the ordering process. Sample return is available for an additional shipping fee and requires sufficient initial sample volume.
Enter the COA number printed on the document into our public verification portal at /verify. No account is needed. The portal will display the original test result as recorded at time of issuance. If the number returns no result, the document was not issued by our laboratory.
Contact our lab within 30 days of issuance with your COA number and specific concern. We will review the raw data and instrument logs. If an analytical error is confirmed, we will re-run the sample at no charge and update the COA with a correction note. Disagreement with result values is not grounds for dispute.
PENDING indicates testing is in progress and the COA has been pre-registered but not yet completed. This is common for microbial or endotoxin tests that require incubation time. The COA number is valid and will update to PASS/FAIL/INCONCLUSIVE upon test completion.
INCONCLUSIVE means the analytical result did not meet the criteria for a definitive PASS or FAIL determination. This can occur due to matrix interference, insufficient sample concentration, or ambiguous mass spectral data. The raw data is still included in the PDF report.
All client information is kept strictly confidential. Results are published publicly by default (linked to your COA number only), but clients may request a private COA when ordering. Private records still verify as valid — they simply don't display test data publicly. Client identity is never disclosed.
Public COAs display: COA number, compound name, lot number, purity result, identity result, test date, and methods used. No client name, company, or order information is ever shown publicly. Only data you explicitly opt to make public is visible.
Yes. Contact us with your COA number and we can switch a public record to private within 24 hours. The COA will still verify as valid — it just will not display test data. Note: results cannot be deleted entirely once issued.
Only you (via the client portal) and Aegis lab staff with a business need. We do not share, sell, or transmit client data to any third party. Full privacy terms are in our Privacy Policy.
Our team is available to answer questions about your specific compound, testing requirements, or any other technical topics.
