Our Certificates of Analysis (COAs) document the results of analytical testing performed on submitted samples under specified laboratory conditions. They do not represent, and should not be construed as:

The sample submitted to us, in the quantity and form received
The analytical methods specified on the COA
The conditions and timepoint of testing
Our findings do not represent the quality of any other batch, lot, or quantity of the same compound. Analytical results may differ for samples of different origin, storage conditions, or age. Purity measurements reflect the compound at the time of analysis; stability over time is not assessed unless explicitly ordered.
AEGIS PEPTIDE ANALYTICS LLC PROVIDES ALL TESTING SERVICES AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTATION ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We warrant only that our testing was performed using the methods and instruments specified on the COA, under the conditions documented therein. We make no warranty regarding the performance, safety, or suitability of any tested compound for any purpose.
Possession, purchase, sale, and use of research peptides and related compounds is subject to varying laws and regulations by jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the client to understand and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Aegis does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of any compound in any jurisdiction. A COA from Aegis is not a regulatory filing and does not establish legal status of any compound. Clients are advised to consult qualified legal counsel regarding compliance with applicable regulations.
Our COAs are issued to the submitting client. If our COAs are shared with third parties (buyers, regulators, or other entities), those parties should be aware that:
The COA reflects the result of testing on the specific sample submitted — it does not certify any other production batch
Verification of any Aegis COA is available at aegispeptideanalytics.com/verify — any COA that cannot be verified through our portal should be considered unverified
Aegis bears no responsibility for how a client represents or presents our COA data to third parties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegis Peptide Analytics LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from reliance on our analytical results, including but not limited to:
Business losses resulting from a FAIL result on any compound
Regulatory action taken by any governmental body based on or related to our COA data
Claims by third parties who have received or relied upon a COA
Any harm arising from use of a tested compound regardless of test result
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the testing fees paid for the specific order at issue. Please review our full Terms of Service for complete liability terms.
