Submitting a sample

Confirm the testing scope and shipping instructions before sending material to the laboratory.

1. Confirm requirements

Tell us the compound, physical form, lot number, available quantity, and tests required. Confirm sample acceptance, packaging, storage conditions, and turnaround with the laboratory.

2. Place your order

Choose Essential, Standard, Professional, or Comprehensive testing. Check that the selected panel covers your needs, and include any specific reporting requirements with your order.

3. Label and ship

Use the shipping instructions provided for your submission. Clearly identify the sample and lot, and include your order reference. Do not send unidentified material or assume that one packaging method suits every compound.

4. Review your report

Check the compound, lot number, methods, test dates, and results on your COA. Public records can be checked using certificate verification. Contact the laboratory if the record does not match the document or you need help interpreting a result.
